About Uschi Chantal Auguste

Dr. Uschi Auguste joined South Bay Cardiovascular in 2017 after completing her cardiovascular fellowship at Mount Sinai-Beth Israel in NYC. She also completed her Master of Public Health with a focus in Health Policy at University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill as a dual degree candidate while in medical school at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She is dedicated to patient advocacy, equity in healthcare delivery and bridging gaps in access to specialized cardiovascular care. Dr. Auguste additionally has a special interest in women's cardiovascular health, hypertension and valvular heart disease.

    My care provider Dr Uschi Chantal Auguste, was professional, kind and has a listening ear. She listened to my concerns and took it step by step to explain the care I was going to receive. I was very satisfied with her care and will be recommending her to others.

    Dr. Auguste is a terrific practitioner. She always expresses genuine concern. She has always worked with me concerning any issues that I have any doubts about and works with me to explain why any changes are necessary. I highly recommend Dr. Auguste to anyone who is in need of an excellent cardiologist.

    Dr. Auguste was my Dads cardiologist and was amazing. I knew when it came time for me to need a cardiologist it would be her that I would go to. She is intelligent, caring and thorough and definitely an asset to the practice.
