Philip Warren Perlman, MD

Philip W. Perlman, M.D., currently serves as Chief of Otolaryngology and as an Attending Physician at St. Francis Hospital. He is also a Clinical Instructor at North Shore University Hospital and at New York Eye and Ear Hospital. Dr. Perlman is a Medical Staff Society Representative at North Shore Hospital and Vice President and District One Representative for the New York State Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. He is the Chairman of the Medical Commission in East Hills, NY and member of the New York State Medical Society. Dr. Perlman has appeared in several publications: Ear, Nose and Throat Journal, New England Journal of Medicine and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
