I definitely loved my experience however the beginning of the conversation seemed focus on my psychiatric meds and I felt a bit shamed at first for being on certain meds. But as the appointment went on I felt better about the conversation with my provider

Again, all Very Good (I would give a higher rating if it were possible). I'd particularly like to thank Dr. Shaber for completing my HR return-to-work form so quickly, having it emailed to my employer immediately, and providing me with a copy of both the completed form and the confirmation that my employer had received it before I left the office.
