Giorgio A. Medranda, MD, is a board certified Structural Interventional Cardiologist. Born and raised in Brooklyn, he earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency and cardiovascular disease fellowship at NYU Langone Hospital Long Island, followed by a two-year interventional cardiology fellowship at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. His clinical and academic interests include coronary interventions, structural heart disease, radiation safety, and the education of trainees. Dr. Medranda is committed to advancing high-quality, evidence-based cardiovascular care for patients across Long Island.
