Farzad Shokri-Tabibzadeh, MD

Dr. Tabibzadeh is a board certified family physician. He has a Medical Diploma from Hadassah Medical School. After graduation he began practicing medicine in the Israeli Defense Army. At the end of his service, he moved to the United States to continue his education in the field of family practice at the University of Connecticut. Currently, he runs a private medical office in a diversified community on Long Island. He's been affiliated with St. Francis Hospital since 1995. Dr. Tabibzadeh is a clinical instructor and former Site Director at Stony Brook Medical School. He's been declared a top family physician by the Consumers' Research Council of America. The American Academy of Family Physicians recognizes him as an Active Teacher. He has received the Physician's Recognition Award from the American Medical Association. He is the author of the book Passion for Living a Long Life. Dr. Tabibzadeh is currently Director, Division of Family Medicine at St. Francis.
