Dr. Chernoff is a board certified Physiatrist and specializes in Interventional Pain Medicine. He completed his Pain Medicine fellowship at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH. Before his fellowship, he completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and a General Surgery internship at Columbia University (NYP) in New York City. Born and raised on Long Island, Dr. Chernoff takes great pride in serving the community that nurtured him during his upbringing.

    Dr. Chernoff did an excellent job. He took a complete medical history asking appropriate questions. He went over my MRI, showing slides and explaining everything in detail to me he answered all my questions and made me feel at ease.
