As I said before, there wasn't much to discuss as this was a wellness visit. However, the few things I needed as referrals were discussed and Dr. Joy was very helpful in putting me in the right direction.

Dr Joy has always been great and professional and Courteous attention to my needs and helpful with my health

Dr. Joy is the best at taking his time to explain everything with the medication. He also stays on top of blood work and explains the results.

My first experience with Dr. Joy. My regular doctor retired. Dr. Joy reviewed my chart and discussed It with me. He spent the time as a Primary Care Physician should then addressed the Issue I was there for. That convinced me I would like him to be my new doctor.

Both the doctor and nurse knew the insurance issue I was having in obtaining my medication. They followed up on everything & verified everything. I even received a call after my visit explaining that the new Insurance/pharmacy Issue with quantity of medication requested. Everything was fully explained and quickly resolved.
